We (Americans) do mostly believe it's my way or the highway.

我们(美国人)大部分都认为照着自己说的做就好了。

Many bosses often tell their employees:"My way or the highway."

许多老板都会和员工们说：“不照着我说的去做就走人吧。”

I hope my boss will never tell me: my way or the highway, because I always work hard.

我希望我的老板永远也不要对我说：“照我说的去做，否则走人。”因为我一直都很努力的在工作着。
