1. 1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼,别名1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(自由基);1,2-二苦基-2-三硝基苯亚肼;1,2-二苯基-2-苦肼基。其英文名为:1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl radical ,缩写成:DPPH• (小圆点表示自由基)。 DPPH• 是一个稳定的自由基,为暗紫色棱柱状结晶,熔点127~129℃(分解)。最大吸收波长528nm。可用于 光度测定生育酚和脂肪族硫醇类、还原物质的分析试剂,也是常用的阻聚剂。但是,它可以通过氢原子转移(HAT,hydrogen atom transfer)的路径,被清除,相应地,其最大吸收消失,因此,可以用分光光度计测其最大吸收,来检测其被清除的程度,这个过程被称为“抗氧化”(antioxidant).所以,DPPH• 常用于抗氧化的检测。本品应于0℃左右闭光保存。
